As President and Co-Founder of Fraser Partners LLC, Serge is responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations of the company as well as its information technology infrastructure.
Serge brings more than 14 years of corporate management and software engineering expertise. His career includes a wide spectrum of management and technical positions in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. During his 9 years at Schlumberger, Serge oversaw multiple research and development projects in Europe and the U.S.
In his spare time, Serge studied investing and the markets. This
interest, combined with his computer science background, led Serge
to a collaboration with Frank Minssieux
on a new type of market timing. The promise of that model led
Frank and Serge to found Fraser Partners LLC
in 2001 and launch the TimingCube,
and ETFTide services.
Serge is also a co-founder and partner of MarketTrend Advisors , a full service investment advisory firm.
Serge Dacic received his Ph.D. in Computer Science focusing on Artificial Intelligence as it applies to image processing and adaptative systems from Paris XI University, France. During his tenure at Paris XI, he taught graduate computer science courses on User Interface Design, Usability and Software Ergonomics.
As Co-Founder of Fraser Partners LLC, Frank is responsible for the development, maintenance and research of the company's investment models.
Frank has more than 19 years of experience in the computer and software industry. His career includes a wide spectrum of engineering and management positions in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Frank spent 15 years at IBM where he held technical and managerial positions, both in the US and Europe. He has extensive experience in designing e-Business solutions utilizing Internet and Intranet technologies.
Frank's interest in the markets stems from more than ten years
as a student of the markets and as an individual investor. In
partnership with co-founder Serge Dacic,
Frank leveraged his computer science background and analytical
skills to develop an investment system aimed at longer-term trend
timing. The promise of that model led Frank and Serge to found
Fraser Partners LLC in 2001 and launch the TimingCube,
and ETFTide services.
Frank is also a co-founder and partner of MarketTrend Advisors, a full service investment advisory firm.
Frank has a M.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics, Paris, France.
As a Partner in Fraser Partners LLC, Don oversees the content on our site including our acclaimed Weekly Update published each Friday after the market close. He also co-developed the models and portfolios offered through our FP Research website.
A finance practitioner for over 30 years, Don began his career in Finance with semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). At AMD, Don served as a Controller for various manufacturing and product group businesses. Additionally, he led the global leadership and employee development effort for the finance organization.
After over 18 years at AMD, Don professionally entered the world of investments through the creation of an investment advisory firm, Lansing Investments, then partnering with Fraser Partners to form the money management firm, MarketTrend Advisors. MarketTrend Advisors is dedicated to offering the unique investment strategies developed by Fraser Partners, including those delivered on the TimingCube and FP Research websites. He has served hundreds of clients since 2003 as an investment advisor and has been a frequent speaker throughout the country for the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII).
Don has a finance/investments degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business from St. Edwards University where he served for ten years as an adjunct professor of finance and investments.
